Property Marketing Awards

The Property Marketing Awards (PMA) is a not-for-profit event, organised annually by the Chartered Surveyors’ Company, a City of London livery company. Winning a PMA has a far-reaching impact and brings valuable exposure for agencies, consultancies, property companies and in-house marketing teams.

The independent PMA judging panel includes marketing professionals at the top of their respective fields and is chaired by Misa Von Tunzelman, Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing for LendLease in Europe.

DS.Emotion were shortlisted in the ‘Best Website category at the 2022 Property Marketing Awards; this time for the Smithfield Works website & app. Smithfield Works is an outstanding, first-of-its-kind, commercial office and co-working space in Stoke.

Its front-end is a brochure site for potential tenants. The website can become an app (simply by adding it to your phone) which then enables users to book meeting rooms, manage access to private suites and find out about neighbour discounts. Neighbours (local amenities) can manage their own profiles and post special offers. By giving neighbours the power to manage their own profiles, it creates an organic and up-to-date community that really reflects the growing and changing neighbourhood.

Grand-Prix Winner, PMA’s 2022

Our Work

Eddisons.com has won Best Website at the PMAs 2021. Judges praised the site for its usability and made special mention of the way the website gave control back to the client making it really easy for them to update their own website.
