How do you launch a new co-working space that stands out? Genr8 needed more than just a marketing website for Smithfield Works; they needed a seamless, cost-effective, and bespoke digital platform. The challenge was to create an integrated system for managing bookings while simultaneously selling a vibrant new business concept to Stoke-on-Trent.
A seamless digital experience
We challenged the conventional. Instead of a costly, standalone app, we engineered a powerful Progressive Web App (PWA). This masterstroke delivered app-like functionality directly through a website, removing the friction of an app store download and creating a single, cohesive brand destination. We built an exclusive members’ area, a dynamic hub where users could manage bookings, connect with the community, and access exclusive offers, transforming a simple booking tool into a thriving digital ecosystem.
Four years after launch, Smithfield Works continues to grow, proving that a smart, user-centric digital strategy is the foundation for long-term success.
