Get Living is a UK-based developer and operator of large-scale “build-to-rent” (BTR) neighbourhoods. Our strategy was to develop a unified, standout campaign that radically differentiated Get Living. The campaign amplified the core brand message during the crucial Spring-Summer rental peak, reduced production time, and achieved significant increases in rental sign-ups across target demographics

Adaptable, inclusive & engaging

To deliver this campaign at speed across the entire portfolio, we engineered a modular ‘kit of parts.’ This consisted of templates for all campaign channels, including video, HTML5 banners, and door drops. This robust, streamlined system allowed us to efficiently recolour and adapt ‘moments’ for each neighbourhood’s specific branding and target audience mix. The complex background process and content management were meticulously planned, transitioning the project from a logistical challenge to one that ran with maximum speed and precision.

This newfound speed and brand cohesion translated directly into market impact. Performance reports from the client and media agency confirmed the campaigns delivered greatly increased engagement and prospective interest within the highly competitive Build to Rent sector. We not only created a standout visual concept but also established a best-practice, efficient framework for all future campaign rollouts, solidifying Get Living’s market position.

By moving away from bespoke designs and adopting a structured modular system, we enabled Get Living to deploy high quality assets across multiple locations simultaneously. This approach ensured that each neighbourhood maintained its own visual identity while benefiting from a consistent brand voice.
